KELLY WISNER
HIGH SCHOOL DIRECTOR
Kelly grew up in Charlottesville and moved to Richmond to attend VCU in 2010. She is proudly born in New York and can still pull off the accent when prompted in just the right setting. Kelly graduated with a degree in Fashion Merchandising in 2013 and worked within fashion and other odd jobs around Richmond since. She had her first taste of ministry back in college when she led Young Life in Hanover County – where she quickly learned among many other things, that indeed, she might always be mistaken for a high schooler.
Kelly is passionate about creating joyful experiences, growth in community and making sure people feel welcomed. When she is not at Hill City, you can find her hanging with friends outside at the VMFA, watching West Wing or Suits, running around The Fan and rallying a group to play games – all while giggling.

FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOUR JOB
I love getting to create projects, have great conversations and dream up new ideas for our community. And it doesn’t get much better than working with a group of people that don’t take themselves too seriously, but work incredibly hard to create opportunities to connect people to Jesus.
