Whether you’re helping direct cars, holding babies, singing on stage, or leading a group during the week, the Hill City team is what helps bring our values to life on a Sunday and throughout the week. Plus, they’re just grade A, quality humans that we love.

JOIN A HILL CITY TEAM
GUEST SERVICES TEAM
The GS Team serves to welcome our Sunday guests and create a fun + warm experience. The team’s goal is to remove any obstacles on a Sunday that keeps someone from enjoying our service or experiencing Jesus. Their motto? “Every Sunday is someone’s first Sunday.”
Time Commitment: Serve for 1 service, every other week. That’s about a 2 hour commitment on the day that you serve.
KIDS TEAM
Our Motto: "Kids can own their faith."
The Next Gen' Team is a big one that’s all about helping kids develop a resilient faith of their own. This team supports parents and families on Sunday mornings, but as kids grow in their faith journey, opportunities for development to serve outside of Sundays grow with them.
*Students 6th-12th are also encouraged to serve alongside adults on the Next Gen' Team.
Time Commitment: Time commitment varies from 1x a month to weekly depending on the area you choose!

HILL CITY STUDENTS TEAM - middle & high school
Our Students Ministry aims to create an environment where Middle and High Schoolers can develop a faith of their own.
Loving students well is a priority at Hill City Church. Small Group Leaders encourage students to ask and answer hard questions as you help them grow in their faith through your relationships! We have a TON of fun on this team, and we are excited to watch our ministry grow.
Time Commitment:
For middle school- every Sunday, off on holiday weekends, 2 retreat weekends a year & certain events during the month
For high school- the first Sunday of every month, weekly Bible studies, 2 retreat weekends a year & events during the month
HOSPITALITY TEAM
serves to set up a warm and welcoming space for our guests. They aim to set up proper signage, seating, electronics and aids throughout the building to ensure that guests feel at home and have everything they need before and during service. They then create a smooth transition of the space at the end of each Sunday, returning the building to its original state.
Time Commitment: 45 minutes each service, and most people only serve before or after the service that they attend.
PRAYER & CARE TEAM
This team is for those who would like to serve and grow in their ability to care and pray for others! This team typically meets on Sunday mornings as well as staying connected throughout the week to help meet needs in our community.
Time Commitment: Sunday mornings, various weekly prayer times (at home), other times where needs arise during the week.
